Do you know what to do if your baby stops breathing? You do if you came to Relief Society!
Mary Maue did a great lesson for us this last week on CPR and some basic first aid. She was very well prepared with tons of pamphlets, multiple videos to watch, and even had CPR kits for both infants and children/adults.
We watched the infant DVD, and even practiced a little bit on the "mini-baby"
Then we covered the differences between infant cpr, child cpr, and adult cpr. 
We also covered what kinds of things to have in a first aid kit, the heimlich maneuver, and touched on various other first aid and health topics. Great job Mary, thanks for sharing a little bit of your knowledge with us!
